Congratulations on the weight you lost so far, you already know that what you are doing is working. If you want to build muscle you need to first make sure you eat plenty of protein. It's possible to gain muscle by just doing chores and having fun. Have you ever cut firewood by hand? How about ride a dirt bike? What I'm trying to say is that you don't need a gym. Just walk up & down some steps carrying something heavy. Do some push ups or pull ups. Dr. Al Sears developed an exercise program he calls PACE he recommends pushing yourself (like sprinting) for a min. or two, then rest for a min., then run again for two mins. Do this for 20 to 30 mins. a day to help lose weight and build muscle. Good luck you're off to a great start already!

1) Learn to spell.
2) Learn to use punctuation.
3) Stop eating Apple Jacks, it's very high in sugar. Maybe switch to Weetabix with Splenda (same amount of calories per serving, but Weetabix has lots of protein and fiber)?
4) You're using 1% milk right?
5) Not too many banana, although they're good for you, they have lots of sugar too. Try other fruits.
6) Don't eat the chips with lunch, no matter how light they are, they still have much more calories than other snacks. Try this site for alternatives: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/main-l…
7) Eat protein rich foods to get muscles, like lean turkey or chicken breast.
8) You don't need a weight set/gym, just fill two 1 liter bottles with sand/rocks/anything heavy to create your own weights. Or, you could just lift anything heavy and do reps.

Went through the whole weight losing thing too.
