Question: If i go on a treadmill everday for 15 days for 20min how much weight will i lose ?
im 16 yrs old and weigh 120
how much can i lose if i watch what i eat as well :)?

It depends on what speed you run at, the higher the speed, the more calories you burn. But the higher the speed, the more energy you waste and the more food you want to eat after wards to replace that energy. And 15 days isn't very long, some programs for running to lose weight can last up to eight weeks. Personally. I run track so I have to eat healthy (as in food with no negative calories and say no to junk on my trunk) and it all contributes to losing weight. If you push yourself to exercise too much, you'll want to eat more.
Not to mention, if you run hard and long, it builds up your leg muscles. Muscle weighs twice as much as fat does but it's definitely less noticeable. So weight doesn't matter as much as health, you could be an Olympic champion and weight 130 pounds from all the muscle you have.

High intenstiy and short duration exercise will help more!! Do four sets at 85% effort for only 2 minutes each set! This will burn fat 650% more efficient!!!



Anywhere from 1-10 lbs. It matters mostly on what you eat.
