Why do some people really enjoy working out?!


Question: Why do some people really enjoy working out?
Answers:

Insanity.

Joke, I think it's because exercising releases endorphines in the brain, which make you happy. Or they just enjoy pushing themselves, the list goes on... All comes down insanity in the end :P lol

It's good to push yourself to exercise though, it's only when you start off that you feel like crap doing it, it really does help your mood (as strange as it sounds)

Many reasons actually.

First of all, it helps you take your mind off drama or any problems your in, second of all your burning excess calories, and lastly exercise makes you feel so like SO much better, like you don't feel as sluggish or as sleepy anymore, and your way more alert and motivated to do your daily life tasks.

after you do it often you almost get addicted.

you get a boost of energy and i know you give off some hormone that makes you feel good. but i work out every day and can't go one day without it.

plus i wanna make sure i'm healthy and in shape



it releases endorphins, they make you happy. I love working out because its fun and I feel like Im accomplishing something. its way better than sitting on my butt and doing nothing.
