i need your guys help because i need a diet plan that i can actually stick to because i get side tracked a lot and i get lazy n i need some motivation n i would really appreciate if you guys help and motivate me~chay

First, start writing down everything that you're eating in a day and how many calories are in it! The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories then you take in, which can be accomplished with diet & exercise.

Find an exercise routine that you can stick to. If you're not a very active person try a walking routine! Getting outside and walking for 30 minutes a day can make all the difference in trying to lose weight!

Cut down on calories, fat, and high fructose corn syrup! The more you weigh, the easier it is to lose weight. There are plenty of free dieting pages online that will calculate a dieting plan based on your height, weight, and age!

You're 13, so be careful! You're growing and you could cause huge damage to your body if you lose weight dangerously. It would be a great idea to talk to a doctor before going on any specific plan! I'm 15 and I've got to be careful too so I don't mess up anything while I'm growing :)

Weight watchers is a great program to sign up for and attend groups for if you want to be sure stick to it! They'll assign you somebody to work with you and give you your own plan as well as tips!

I research diet, healthy eating, and exercise a lot :P



P90X its a work out and eating plain, its 90 days long.... u can order it onlie it around or a little over 100$ and its worth it... hope this helps
