Was this a healthy breakfast?!


Question: Was this a healthy breakfast?
I ate one apple and a cup of non-fat plain yogurt, and drank 16 oz. of water. Now I feel pretty full. Is that enough or should I have added something else?

I think that was good,plus its also a matter of are YOU feeling full if you feel like your not full eat some granola!



Add pancakes or scramble eggs or fried breakfast onions or pizza or fried chicken or fried lard or lizard guts with it.



It's not bad, all 'healthy' !

Some protein or fibre wouldn't go a miss, but if that fills you up then it's probably not much of an issue!



Breakfast should have at least SOME protein. Try oatmeal
