Question: Have I been eating good so far? this is what i ate so far for the day...?
Breakfast: fish w/rice crackers
Brunch: grapes
Lunch: salad, plantain and fried shrimp
Afternoon snack: Coco Roos cereal and strawberries with sprinkled splenda on top

fish are great! rich in omega-3's and healthy fatty acids. however you shouldnt have them fried, maybe grilled or steamed- that would make it a lot healthier! but other than that, your doing great:)
