Question: Is this too much to eat today?
Wake up- 10:30am
Apple at 11:00am
Egg omlette with tomato and ham and chicken salad on whole wheat- 12:30pm
1/2 cup of broccoli cheese soup- 2:00pm
4 mile run at 4:00pm
Chicken salad, lettuce, tomato on whole wheat wrap- 4:45pm
Bed at 10pm.

Answers:

definitely healthy... little too little in fact.

Could add some more fruit through out the day.. or more carbs (even if you're on diet.. dont forget carbss)

but sounds good and healthy, just a little little?



It depends what age you are . For a female adult, that sounds like a very healthy lifestyle so congrats on that! However if you are aged anywhere from 13-20 you should be eating more food than that.



No but i strongly advise you eat more then just an apple in the Morning! Breakfast is the important if you don't then you gain weight apparently
