How can i lose 15 pounds?!


Question: How can i lose 15 pounds?
I eat about 950- 1,000 calories a day, (f) and i have just 15 more pounds to lose. How often do i need to excersize and how often do i need to do muscle training? ***My goal in 15 pounds in 2 months.

Just do cardio every day (jogging, treadmill, walks) and drink lots of water. Eat lots of greens. If you stick to cardio every day or at least every other day and have a good balanced diet, you'll reach your goal In no time :) hope this helps



If you want to go on a diet, all you need to do is make sure that you don't eat any junk food. Eat food like mostly fruits and vegetables. NEVER EAT FOODS WITH TRANS FAT!!!
Also you need to make sure you work out more. If you work out every day of the week, only do strength training every other day.

NOTE: Always remember that if you are on a diet, don't make it too hard and then it can be permanent. Then you'll get used to your "diet" and you'll be skinny all the time



1000 calories is ridiculously low
