How to not gain a pound after eating this?!


Question: How to not gain a pound after eating this?
I ate

1) Oatmeal
2) 4 pop tarts
3) (High calorie mealwhich I forgot the name to)

All within 2 hours

Now I'm drinking water. Should I not eat anything througout the rest of the day and if so, what to eat?

And I'm worried about gaining weight because I had a intense workout yesturday and I don't want to break my diet (which I already did)

Anything I can do to make it up!

Please help, Thank you! ;]

Dont not eat thats not going to do you any good. What you should do is just eat healthy like maybe have a low fat smoothie and maybe some carrots.

You already had about 800-900 calories with the 4 poptarts you ate and the high calorie meal you ate probably bumped up your calories to around 1,500 or so. The oat meal was healthy which is about 100 calories. That's about the amout of calories you're supposed to have in one day. Don't go without eating the rest on the day though. Eat a healthy dinner with a lean meat and some veggies and drink lots of water. Tomorrows a new day:D



Don't worry too much about it, besides, if you're working out, you'll be gaining muscle which weighs more than fat does... don't be surprised if you gain weight.
And just try to eat healthily... there's nothing wrong with eating as long as it doesn't affect your health negatively. If you get hungry, eat.
