Question: I am wondering if you do ab exercises, if you will lose abdominal fat?
I just noticed that I have been getting a little fat around the stomach and butt and I want to be able to get it back to how it use to be quick! I don't want to have to buy those programs online. I just want an easy way to lose fat.

Not really the only way to lose body fat is to expend more calories than you intake.
Doing Ab exercises is not going to raise your heart rate high or long enough to induce any noticeable fat burning.
Cardio aerobic exercises is the best way, run, cycle , swim etc. at least 30 mins 3 days a week absolute minimum.
But everything needs a balance so it's not going to work if you're running say 50 mins a day but then going out and drinking 10 beers or eating fast food all night etc.
