What should I eat to lose weight?!

Question: What should I eat to lose weight?
I am sixteen years old and I weigh around 130 pounds. I exercise about half an hour a day for five days a week but I have no idea how to eat right. I really want to have a flat stomach and smaller legs before the beginning of Summer. What are some specific foods I can eat that will make me lose weight? I am a picky eater and I am allergic to beans, peas, walnuts, and hazelnuts. I also take the 1-A-Day Teen Advantage Vitamin for Her. How much should I eat and what should I eat?

First of all 130 pounds is not a lot of weight, but I'm sure you don't care about that and you just want to lose weight. Anyways I'm an exercise science major and my professors always tell me that the key to losing weight is burn more calories than you consume. The best way to lose weight is intense cardio to burn off as many calories as possible, and then eat in moderation. You can eat everything you're eating now, just do it less.
Drinking lots of water is also really important.
Eating breakfast is also important, it boosts your metabolism which burns calories.

So exercise more, eat in moderation, drink water, eat breakfast.

You should go to a doctor. He will tell you after a few tests what is really good for you.If you will take his advices, you'll lose weight in no time. But if you don't want to go to the docotr, try to eat as many vegetables as possible.Fruits will do as well.Continue to exercise and don't forget that is important not to eat after 7pm.
