I have started a diet and guess what I did discover?!


Question: I have started a diet and guess what I did discover?
1- I discovered I was eating way too much ! I never realized that I was eating at least the quadruple of my needs lol
2- I discovered that I was wasting my money. food is cheaper if prepared at home
3- I did discover that all my stomach discomfort was due to my binging
4- I did discover that bread pasta and oil is packed with calories !!
5- I have lost 2 inches in my tummy so fat thanks to water intake and diet.

Answers:

Well no bread and pasta is NOT packed with calories. Pasta is very low in fat and proteins and carbs only have 4 calories per gram. Fats have 9 calories per gram so anything high in fat has more calories. Alcohol has 7 calories per gram. Anything whole grain is extremely good for you and you know what? We dont digest all the calories that are in whole grain because there is fiber in it and we dont take in the calories from fiber. Also fiber is good because it will fill you up without the calories and it helps other foods get through your long intestines. But its good that your realizing how much you were eating. Its all about calories when it comes to weight loss and weight gain. Exercising is very important also since it burns calories.



Yeah bread is the worst thing you can snack on because the energy turns into fat faster.
