Would climbing the stairs help ?!


Question: Would climbing the stairs help ?
So me & a friend decided to lose some weight .. we both have really good bodies but the only problem is the belly fat .. Its totally botherin us .. so we decided to quit all sodas , crisps , cookies & all that stuff .. we also decided to climb the skool stairs 10 times a day .. (3 floors) .. so would that help ?? and also do u think not eating anything for 3 days & exercising alot will help ?? thanks

Okay, first off I've tried to lose belly fat with my friend sophie once. Climbing the stairs will help you lose calories. but most likely it will just build muscle in your legs. Here are some ways to lose "belly fat":

~Crunches
~Laughing <---- it tightens your ab muscles
~Cardio Exercises
~Eating Acai Berries (I have no idea where to get those)

I've tried not eating plenty of times and it just makes me really dizzy. If you can pull the dizziness off then you'll be a twig in no time! But realize that after eating nothing for a period of time you'll be a whole lot hungrier in the future. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Not eating is the worst thing to do. Exercising regularly and drinking lots of water is really good!
Taking junk food out of your diet will be excellent and it's good that you've started that already.
Not only will it help you stay fit, but it'll increase your health over all!
I don't think the stairs exercise will do anything unless it's regular. You should set 30 minutes out of each day and go for a run with your friend. That way, you guys can keep each other motivated. Listen to some music or chat while running will help time go by faster. After you get used to the 30 minutes a day, you can increase the time to an hour a day. Now that springtime and summer are coming up it's good to get some fresh air so why not exercise with a close friend!

I did that and it was the WORST mistake of my LIFE. You probably won't listen to me...

Just get normal cardio, quitting junk food and soda is great. Drink 8 glasses of water a day AT LEAST. Eat a small snack (100-200 calories) every 2-3 hours, 5 at the most. Watch your meal portions.



i am also 14 and have a fat stomach :P but eating nothing for 3 days made me over eat for about a week and no stairs dont do nothing lol



omg don't skip meals that bad just eat healthy and drink lots water do crunches buy workout for belly fat and do that You probable are perfect the way u are tho
