LOL I did the same thing today because I had no work. yeahhh, I don't know. I even skipped out on the gym. I think tomorrow you just need to get back on your grind. Hit the gym or go running whatever is available, get to work, eat a healthy breakfast, a good sized lunch and nice dinner. Shower and try to stay away from fatty stuff. As for today, I mean whatever's done is kinda just done, so just focus on making tomorrow a more productive day with healthier means. Once you start having a healthier regime you'll actually starting feeling better. for now though, I guess shower or read a book, & stay offf the couch to get your mind off the guilt haha

And, of course, eat healthy tomorrow ;)
