Question: Omg did I eat way too much today?
I feel like I ate way too much today

Breakfast
2 toast with margarine butter and some jelly and a cup of tea

Morning snack
A small granola bar and strawberry milk shake ( skim milk)


Lunch
Low fat tuna sandwish loaded with all kinds of vegies and hot sause

Afternoon snack
A large bowl of fruits with low fat whip cream

Dinner
Vegtables with some skinless boiled chicken

Did I eat way too much please be honest.

Your calories are around 1000-1200 and all of what you ate what really low in fat and simple carbs.

I'm concerned that you think this is too much food. Maybe talk to your gp about these feelings?
I have suffered from anorexia for many years now and it is such a gripping illness. I'm not saying that you have an eating disorder at all, I'm just concerned that these thoughts could get worse.
Consider talking to someone.

Depends on your age, exercise and your life. Can't say from this. Your calories matter. See how many calories u ate and see how many calories you SHOULD eat. Very important



Maybe, depends on your body weight and height.
