Instead of eating the burgers and ham. Drink a protein shake because you need as much protein as you weigh, but burgers are the wrong source. Go with pizza if anything or chicken breast.
Let's see:
150 calories - Protein Bar ( minimum )
750 calories - Burgers
100 calories - eggs
80-100 calories - Turkey Ham ( plus a ton of salt ) that should help you retain water
at least 300 calories - 6 slices of wheat bread
roughly 1400 calories, give or take, in one meal. Are you serious about losing weight? I am not trying to be crass but either you have no real plan and desperately need one or you just are not serious about losing weight.
I am not sure if anyone has been honest enough to tell you this but there will be some discomfort with ant diet you choose if you are trying to lose weight.
