I've always had this problem myself. Two things that will help is exercise and a balanced diet!! These WILL work cuz this summer I had marching band camp and we ran killer laps and other "deadly" exercises. This made me also eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and WATER.
Try to reduce your appetite by eating less sweets and fats and more of vegetables and fruits. Remember , they are your friends ! :D haha. Also eat whole grains because they are the healthiest grains. Meat is okay but avoid red meat.
Exercise is a must! You can make it fun by joining friends or have a little competition! Dancing is another form of exercise :)
I have a friend who wanted to loose some weight and she drinking lots of water. She said it's one Of the easiest way to loose weight because more fluids will flow out of your body. So you can also use this method !

What I did was at the end of this summer, I started eating alot less, and by the 3rd week into the school year I lost about 10 pounds, i've picked a few pounds back up but i've gone from 235 to 224, then I went back to 230 but ive started eating less again and in one week am back at 227
If I excersised more with that I would be in the 2 hundred teens.
Start off eating less than normal then push it a little more every week until your eating normal. Stay away from junk food and soads for the most part. and get a good 30 minute walk in 2-3 times a week for starters
Hi, Confusion is the word of the day. Son of a gun there are so many programs I just got downright confused. I read an article that really helped me with the questions I had been struggling with. Just try to eat less and more healthy but don't go under 1200calories. And start trying to excersize and get moving more. Good luck! :)
