You have to make a lifestyle change or you will gain all the weight back after you get off your diet. I personally, eat no more than 1300 calories a day. I don't eat fast food nor junk food unless I have a salad w/o their dressing. Counting calories and taking in water to fill your stomach between meals and snacks is a good way to start.



Watch what you drink, too. Never, ever drink sugary sodas or anything. I just drink water, and that helped me shed the pounds.

My trainer at my gym told me the best breakfast to have if you want to lost weight is a bowl of oatmeal (made with water, not milk) with some berries - blueberries or strawberries are the best. That is the best carb to eat to give you energy.

Eat raw veggies, lean meat, and drink lots of water. Avoid junk and fast foods, too.



eat alot of vegetables like broccoli and cellery and cucumber ect... fruits are okay but they have ALOT of sugar in them still apples are okay but avoid bananas
