What's the best way to lose belly fat? Biking or running?!

Question: What's the best way to lose belly fat? Biking or running?
Trying to lose my belly fat and I need some suggestions. Which one is the best?

Answers:

Contrary to popular belife, burning calories is exactly the same no matter how you burn them. When you burn calories your body chose where to take them from. Some people think that if you burn calories one way the fat will come from one area, but if you burn calories a different way the fat will be burnt from a different location. Those people are wrong.

So your question really should be "which burns the most callories, running or biking?". The answer would be that it depends how long / how fast / what resistance you use.

Perhaps what you really wanted to ask is "which exercise should I do?" The answer is that unless you are training for a particular sport, you should mix it up. Variaty is the best thing for health and fitness.

walking is just as good as running really..just takes more time.

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

Alternate doing both. They are both good calorie burners, which is all that really matters when trying to lose fat. (Losing fat and building muscle are not the same thing!) Biking is low-impact but can be stressful on your back; running works more muscle groups but has a risk of leg injuries from the repeated impact. A balance of both would be good.

hello, I've been having this weight problem for so many years. I used to take all kinds of pills. Until I found this website by accident, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. I didn't see much result until 2 weeks later, but I was feeling good about myself. After that first drop of weight, which was quite uplifting, I started working on my diet habit to maintain my results. I can't remember that last time I was this light. I hope this helps: www.onlineloseweightguide.tk

Hey! I've just recently started exercising (I want abs and I wanted to get rid of fat)
To lose belly fat, biking helps. Running doesn't help unless you sprint.
Try jump roping, it's proven to get rid of fat. Try doing that every day!
Try doing burpees also, helps form abs.

i would say that running is better for getting rid of belly fat, however, biking is better for toning muscles such as the legs and the butt :)
good luck!

moi! :)

6 of 1 half a dozen of the other. Its pretty much the same. Combine either or both with belly exercises (crunches, situps, twists, etc) and you're in good shape.

Running becuase it cardio and you lose wieght by cardio and you using your fuly body
Biking good to it cardio but your sitting and using your leg
Both are good but ill go with running

Combine both. They are both very good cardio exercises.

Running and doing sit ups. Also following a healthy diet really affects belly fat.
