am i eating to much on this diet?!


Question: Am i eating to much on this diet?
for breakfast i had a whey protein shake with chia seeds and green tea powder (200 cals)

for lunch i had a salad with light tuna, veggies and 1/2 an egg white (300 cals?)

for afternoon tea i had 1/2 a green apple with 110grams of natural peanut butter (GOOD LORD - i dont even want to begin to Imagine the calories in that - but, i have my period and have been craving peanut butter for a good 4 days now)

and, for dinner; just some japanese food (like sashimi and seeweed and miso soup) - 350 cals

...

im 17 yrs old, 172cm tall. i do about 10-12 hours of high intensity excersize (swimming, kickboxing and pilates) each week; but today I did not do any.

judging by this, have i maintained/ lost weight?

That is great. Just make sure you get fruits as well as veggies. And eat peanut butter! Don't eat too much, but peanut butter is what you need sometimes to wake up your metabolism.



i dont think that is too much without peanut butter , it will let you gain more weight , so be careful but you should also say how much do you weight , do you workout or no ?
