I'm scared of eating French Fries because I'm scared I'll gain we!

Question: I'm scared of eating French Fries because I'm scared I'll gain weight.?
Let's start with the basics. I weigh 32.8kg and I'm 11 in Sixth Grade. I am 139cm tall which makes me 4"6. I have a packet of unopened Original French Fries in front of me that I'm scared to eat because I might gain weight. I look in the mirror and my stomach is starting to show a medium sized bump from the side to the other side of the stomach. Which makes me scared to eat any junk food now. I've been working out and nothing helped get rid of it. Help me!!!!?

You shouldn't eat french fries at all. They are oily and bad for you! Eating too much oily food can cause heart problems as well as weight gain.Have fries every once and a while. Eat Fries maybe every 2 weeks at most. Also, if you have a big belly and you're skinny otherwise, that means you're most likely underweight and should get medical help

you are 11 years old, in grade 6.
you don't need to worry about your weight.
if you were morbidly obese then it would be a problem, but because you are a child and you are still growing, you don't have to worry about that stuff. your baby fat should go away during puberty.
but seriously, worry about it when you're 16, not 11.

fries are bad for you and if you make a habit of eating them you WILL get fat. so...go eat an apple instead. just because you are 11 and your body is not done growing DOES NOT mean "eat junk food and worry when youre 16." i have seen some disgustingly obese childrem both younger and older than you.

so...just eat healthy.

I think you messed up your weight there, 32.8kg is aprox 77lb, even for 4' 6" thats not a problem, your thin. Youve got nothing to worry about re weight.

Now ya fry's aernt healthy, they're often friend using oil that contains transfats, they're high in starchs therfore carbs.

Your 11. Your body hasn't even fully developed. You shouldn't have to worry about your weight yet.

a few fries won't kill you
