Question: Why am I lossing weight so fast?
In the last few months I have dropped a dress size!! I have been eating properly and doing everything normally but for some reason I do find it hard to eat, like I don't feel hungry and get al ot of head aches which last for hours even with pain killers, I'm female aged 20 and I need this sorted can anyone help me please??

If you aren't hungry have little snacks if you know you haven't had anything to eat for a while. Headaches can come from lack of nutrition and food. Either that or you became bulimic and grew a tumor in your brain. Its fifty fifty.
