Fitness/Weight management question....?!

Question: Fitness/Weight management question....?
I'm wondering about what kind of balance of fitness-to-food ratio I will need to stay at the same weight or possibly gain a few pounds...
I'm 5'10, weigh around 100 lbs.
Generally speaking, I go to the gym 5 days a week, burning about 2000 calories each time I go. I'm wondering how many calories I will need to intake to maintain my weight or gain a few pounds (of muscle, not fat).
I would prefer a fitness specialist or nutritionist to answer this question, but I'm open to advice as well...
Thanks!

I'm not a fitness specialist or nutritionist but I think you are burning way to many calories a day. Do you even consume that many calories a day. You need to make a log of your calorie intake every meal. I am 6'1 and I am supposed to consume 3000 calories a day just to stay healthy. your 5'10 and weigh 100lbs. to me you are sooo skinny and your burning 2000 calories at the gym so your burning 3000 a day. If you want to gain muscle weight you need to consume at least 1000 more calories to gain weight. I am 6'1 and Feb 16 of this year I was 158 and no muscle. Today I am 175 and I look cut now. I added 1000 calories to my diet and I take protein to help my muscles grow and recover. If you want to gain weight you need to cut down on cardio and stop burning those calories. I have a very high metabolism and as from your height and weight so do you unless you aren't eating your calorie intake needed to stay healthy. burning 2000 calories at the gym you must be there for a few hours. also eat high protein and carb foods like pasta, brn rice, chicken, tuna, fish, eggs, cottage cheese and so on. I'm kinda currious if your tired all the time. I'm asking because I was when I was just eating once a day not getting my calorie intake that Im suppose to. My goal is to be 190 in mass by may. I'm half way there and its been 6 weeks of lifting and eating right again. I've never been over 160 and now that I figured out what I had to do I've gained muscle mass and I'm so much stronger and not tired anymore. Most fitness specialist are in bad shape themselves and so are nutritionists. Anybody can read a book and get a degree. I rather find someone who is built and has experience in this or just figure it out on my own like I have. Good luck on finding your answers.

Is 100 pounds considered very underweight considering your height? Because I'm 5' 2" and about 95 pounds and Its pretty underweight. I have trouble gaining weight too! But id suggest eating healthy and exercising but maybe not as much as you are now. Around 5000 calories would be enough considering you need more calories around 3000 if you are burning 2000 a day
