Question: How to get a lean not bulky body (10 points!!!!!)?
How do I get a lean body and not a bulky one. Like what do I eat and what should I not eat? Oh and for drinks what should I drink like i drink diet soda is that bad? and im vegetarian do u have meal ideas and im on a budget so ya. thxs

I seen your other ? and you have a great body your already really lean.
But if you want to tone up walk 30-60 mins every 2 days.
Eat healthy don't eat junk, also cut out soda even diet drink only water.

OMG there are so many questions when it comes to weight loss and fitness. I'm not even going to pretend to know all of the answers but I would like to share with you a little blog i found. I had more questions than answers and I was able to get most of my questions answered over there. I was trying to figure out which workouts were best for me and I found some articles there that helped me.

While there I noticed they had quite a variety of articles for weight loss and fitness. Definitely would be woryth the couple minutes to check it out.
