Very angry, and exercising?!?!

Question: Very angry, and exercising?!?
I'm seriously very very angry with myself, I can't find an answer to this question "if your fat intake is too high, do you gain weight even if your calories within the calorie range" i feel my heart beating really fast and i feel like i could exercise now for 3 hours straight..i sometimes do that when im angry, but its becoming a habit now, i overexercise when im angry, is this good or bad?!

Answers:

Firstly, if your calorie intake is less than your body needs to survive(less than 2000, usually people eat around 1500 when dieting) you will lose weight, FACT. It doesn't matter if calories come in the form of fat, carbohydrate, sugar, protein etc, if the calories are low enough you WILL lose weight.
However fat is stored immediately, so if your aiming for a really toned physique or your struggling with a few stubborn pounds, then its best to lower your fat and carbohydrate intake.

When your angry the best thing you can do is exercise, i do exactly the same and exercise is great for relieving stress and dealing with your emotions.

best of luck :)

It's a good thing. Exercise is an excellent way to release your negative emotions (think boxing, wrestling or martial arts) and the endorphines your body produces will make you feel so much better.
You'll also find an abundance of energy when you feel extremely happy or excited as well, so try going for a run when those emotions strike and feel the difference in your workouts!

PS. No, you won't gain weight if you eat more fat while staying within your calorie allowance. BUT internally you may gain a higher bodyfat percentage.

OMG there are so many questions when it comes to weight loss and fitness. I'm not even going to pretend to know all of the answers but I would like to share with you a little blog i found. I had more questions than answers and I was able to get most of my questions answered over there. I was trying to figure out which workouts were best for me and I found some articles there that helped me.

While there I noticed they had quite a variety of articles for weight loss and fitness. Definitely would be woryth the couple minutes to check it out.

Good luck

i have another solution for you. this truly works! and the answer to your question is no you wont gain if you eat natural fats (not highly processed ). eg. butter, eggs, nuts i mention this in my answer.
these are the steps:
1. eat fat this might sound weird but eat fat. i'm not talking about chocolate cake im talking about natural fats. e.g eggs, nuts, butter,
2.suger is your worst enemy!
3. eat as much as food as you want! if it doesn't matter how many calories you consume. it matters how much you lose and if you don't eat the un processed fat you wont lose fat.
4. try to avoid foods with high carbs thats some howl meal bread.
i took the main points but the full video is here:
