It sounds quite healthy. But... i don't think all that fruit will be good for your teeth. Tuna rolls ARE GOOD ! All fish helps for healthy skin and strong bones as well as healthy nourished hair ! Cycling is good and walking the dogs is good for both arms and legs. Thought about swimming ? Because that uses all your muscles and can help breathing. Good luck.! x

my own thoughts

It would be healthier if you throw some greens in your smoothie. Try a couple of handfuls of baby spinach which will change the colour but you won't taste it. :) I have a green smoothie for lunch almost everyday and sometimes a smoothie for breakfast too.

NO. YOU HAVE NO PROTEIN AND NO VEGGIES. try frozen green veggies and proteins such as chicken fish natural peanut butter nuts etc. also fruits but a verity apples are the best

I don't really see any problem with it except that you have no vegetables !

You lose weight (fat) when you burn more calories a day than you consume...that happens no matter what you consume, as long as the calories are lower than what is burned...you don't need a specific "diet" to do it, just eat healthy (lean protein, fruits and veggies, complex carbs, healthy fats, and lots of water)...

Avoid "white foods"...anything made with white flour, white rice, white potatos...a cheat meal or treat now and then is fine...I'd be careful with a "cheat day" as that gives you 24 hours to consume a lot of junk and extra calories...if you're going to make it a day, be reasonable with what you eat and don't go crazy the entire day...

You should eat about 5 or 6 times a day...small meals to keep your calorie count low enough, but the more frequently you eat, the higher your metabolism stays for longer as it's processing what you consumed (no spikes and drops as happens when you eat 3 meals a day or less)...

A healthy eating plan, combined with plenty of exercise, should produce results...make it a Lifestyle change, not just a temporary diet, or you won't keep the weight off...good luck!!!

I'm not sure a smoothie diet would really work, because once you get off the diet, you will just eat the way you used to and gain it back. I think the best thing you can do is to just make your self eat healthy foods from now on, like solid foods, not smoothies. Eat things like vegetables with ranch instead of fries, and drink water instead of pop. Things like that. If you continue doing this for a couple years, fatty foods wont taste as good to you anymore. I didn't eat chocolate for like 5 months, and when i ate it again, it didn't taste the same. It was somehow too sweat to eat anymore. I would stick with the excersises though. That's really the best thing you can do for your body. And remember, don't take any weightloss pills. They never work, and some of them can even mess you up. I hope this helpd. :)

You really need to calculate the grams of protein, carbs and fat in your meals for one day. I think that you are light on protein and that this diet won't be sustainable when you come off it and could put the weight on again.

Your exercise looks good. I would change to more healthy eating habits that will follow you through the rest of your life. Good proteins such as chicken breast, sliced turkey breast, egg whites, tuna, etc. Good complex carbs with fiber such as broccoli, green beans, summer squash, etc. Cut out the processed foods. Good fats such as olive oil and those found in nuts such as almonds and walnuts.

Weight loss is all about the calories and always has been.
