Do you store fat when you dont eat as much?!

Question: Do you store fat when you dont eat as much?
Just wondering.

Answers:

yeah. You must have at least 1200 calories a day or your body freaks out and believes it's not getting any food so it holds on to your fat and burns away your precious muscles. The weight loss you observe from starving yourself (not eating enoguh) is just muscle mass and water weight. You did not lose any fat. The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise.

If you do not eat enough to help your body burn up the calories it will go into starvation mode and stop burning up calories and will put the fat into storage, your body will burn up the carbs before it burns up the fat and after it burns up the carbs it will start with your muscles and eventually the fat, the more you starve your body the more it goes into starvation mode which means when you eat normal amounts of food it puts that fat into storage instead on burning up the calories. female 2000 male 2500/3000 calories per day and regular exercises.

I have been dieting on and off for over 30 years. Good Luck.

yes you do. your body goes into starvation mode when you don't eat enough to sustain it. When you do eat your body will store food as fat for protection. This is the reason why, when people do a very low calorie, crash diet or just plan starve themselves to loose weight quickly, they will gain back more weight then they lost.
