I need help with a healthy eating plan!?!

Question: I need help with a healthy eating plan!?
Ok so I'm a 15 year old girl, Im 5'9 and weigh 140! I'm trying to loose about 10lbs in a month! I know what foods are good for me and what's not, but I think I have binge eating disorder which makes it hard to loose weight. I just can't control myself around food! I obiously love food, but I can't eat to much or I'll gain weight. I need help coming up with an eating plan that's healthy & will allow me to loose weight! (I do eat fruits & veggies but I don't ALWAYS want that to snack on, plus they don't fill me up) Also I walk the treadmill for usually more than an hour a day, I do high intensity low impact arobics tapes (30 minutes to an hour) everyday and I also do obstacle courses and stuff like that with my sister! Any help to make a plan? Thanks so much! :)

(20/F) I used to struggle with binge eating disorder mainly because the foods I was eating never made me feel full. The problem was, I wasn't eating enough protein, which is notorious for providing a full, satisfied feeling. Eating flour and sugar (high in carbohydrates) wasn't satisfying. Try eating eggs, chicken, meat and some cheese with your meals. Unless your meals consist of protein and healthy fats, you will not feel full. Good luck!

Eat helathy: eat 3 whole meals a day. FOr your meals, you want something helahtly and that fills you up so that you don't get hungry again for a long time. You need to also make healthy choices like eating whole wheat bread or whole grain bread instead of white bread and brown rice instead of white rice. Cut all junk food. They are bad for you and cause weight gain fast. Cut fast food as well! If you get hungry in between your 3 meals, eat a piece of fruit/vegetable, low-fat yogurt, skim milk, or fruit juice. THey are all good and healthy and will burn fat. As well as eating healthy, combine with exercise and you will lose the weight healthfully and easily.
For the exercise, don't overdo yourself. Just walking, jogging for 1 hour each day will be more than enough. Rememeber to rest for 1 day of the week. Also, if 1 hour is too long for you, you can BREAK IT DOWN thorughout the day. Nobody said you have to get it all done in one shot, just do some after you wake up, some in the afternoon myabe, and sometime before or after dinner. It's more managaeable that way.
eat healthy and exercise is the golden rule of losing weight. Good luck hun :)
