Question: Get toned or slim down for prom?
What can I do to get toned or at least look slimmer? I eat two meals a day, because I usually don't have time for breakfast. Is that bad? I am a sucker for sugary foods but I could cut it out of my diet. I don't want to go on an extreme diet (x_x) but should I eat less or more? Maybe I could run or something? I am completely clueless and your help would be greatly appreciated (:

You can't "target" fat areas... meaning doing arm exercises won't tone arm fat... but eat less sugar and exercise and you will lose fat overall.
