Question: Get toned or slim down for prom?
This might be a little shallow, idk but prom is coming up in about two months (end of May) and I'm really freaking out. I was wondering how I could get fit beforehand so that I can look good in my dress. I'm fourteen, 5'1 and 119 lbs. I have slight love handles and I want to know how to get rid of them or slim myself down? I also want to tone my arms b/c I have some arm flab. I'm not trying to lose too much weight because I'm already at a healthy weight(I don't want to lose more than 15 pounds), but if necessary I will.

What can I do to get toned or at least look slimmer? I eat two meals a day, because I usually don't have time for breakfast. Is that bad? I am a sucker for sugary foods but I could cut it out of my diet. I don't want to go on an extreme diet (x_x) but should I eat less or more? Maybe I could run or something? I am completely clueless and your help would be greatly appreciated (:

You can't "target" fat areas... meaning doing arm exercises won't tone arm fat... but eat less sugar and exercise and you will lose fat overall.

Stop thinking about how to do it and "Just do it."

run, eat as little sugar as possible
stick to chicken, fish, veggies, fruits, whole grains.
skip dressings, etc
