Is this a okay diet/ exercise Program?!

Question: Is this a okay diet/ exercise Program?
OK So starting tomorrow, I plan to start a intense diet and fitness program, and a goal of losing 20lbs in 2 weeks. I am 15 and 185lbs (5''7 ish) , so It shouldn't be that bad.
I can only eat, fruit veggies, and eat meat, and protein. And drink only water.
I will exercise about 1 hour a day of walking and running. Is there anything else i could eat, or do that could boost the weight loss?

Answers:

Sounds good, BUT, it's not just the things you plan, it's how much you will do.

People yo-yo because they don't have good habits. People always say they drink water, but they do not drink the required 30 ounces daily. (that's 3 10 ounce glasses, or 10 3 ounce glasses, etc.)

Eat only fruit at breakfast, no bread, no protein. At 10 am, have a boiled egg, no toast, no fruit.

At lunch eat only vegetables (uncooked) and some protein, no fruit, no bread

Do 75 sets of crunches to build up your abs and avoid any back troubles later in life.

At 2 eat another piece of fruit

At four, eat another piece of fruit

At dinner, eat a small portion of meat, veg, (uncooked) and NO DRINK

Two hours later, eat a piece of fruit

Eat nothing 3 hours before bedtime,

After every meal and snack, walk for 20 minutes and carry something that weigh at least 7 lbs. (a knapsack full of canned goods, for example)

Get into this habit and do it regularly, avoid sitting when you can stand, avoid riding elevators when you can do the stairs and avoid driving when you can walk or bike.

Sleep with the window open (even in the winter)

and avoid cow's milk instead, drink coconut milk, it's anti-bacterial and although there are a lot of calories, they are' short chain fats which burn up quickly.

Good luck

Do not expect to lose 20 pds that quickly, especially in 2 weeks. Also, that diet seems a bit sketchy to me, no need to cut out all dairy and grain, since they do offer you various nutrients your body needs. I'd recommend that you find a balanced diet, so that you don't lack anything vital, and join a gym. Walking and running is a good start, but it is not a great way to lose weight quickly.

This is definitely going to be tough to do. If you're patient and do it the right way, and work as hard as you can, you can get where you want to be. But definitely join a gym, or do an intense in-home workout program like P90X.

You can't lose 20 pounds in two weeks, so why set yourself up for failure?
And the fact that you "plan to start... tomorrow" says you won't stick to it anyway.
Eat sensibly and exercise for the long haul and the weight will come off and stay off.

Weight training! To burn as much fat as possible, your whole body needs to be toned a little. It doesn't have to be anything intense, but working out your arms, legs, abs, and chest all it once will really boost your weight loss.

You shouldn't be doing that at your age, your body need nutrients to grow properly and you could end up doing damage to yourself and mess up your hormones alot. Wouldn't do any seriose dieting at all!
