When should i take my multi-vitamins and protein shakes?!
Question: When should i take my multi-vitamins and protein shakes?
i have recetly started working out and i bought some GNC Pro Performance AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60. im pretty slim right now and im just working with my own body weight (pushups, pull ups, sit ups, etc) so i was told i could just take 20-30 grams of it instead of the full 60. i have been taking it for about 2 weeks now and i really like it. im taking it about 30 min after my workout at night and first thing in the morning on non workout days. is this correct??
also i just bought some multi vitamins (Raw One for Men). i think these will help the protein work better. when should i take these though? morning? night? before workout?

Answers:
Take your multi-vitamins during/after meals, never take it with an empty stomach. Drink shakes before and or after gym. If you don't workout then shakes in the morning and at night.
