what are good arm exercises?!


Question: What are good arm exercises?
I heard regular push ups cut off oxygen to your brain so they're not good.

Reverse push ups only work your triceps.
What about biceps? I want to tone up my arms and everything else.

Answers:

Bicep curls (with dumbbells). Push-ups are a great exercise and to my knowledge do not cut off oxygen to the brain - otherwise there would be warnings to not do them and gyms/personal trainers, fitness magazines, etc. all recommend them.



well my advice would be push ups... i know it works your triceps but it also works biceps too,
u could also try JUMPING JACKS for legs,arms,etc.
also, try doing butterfly's,bicycles,windmills,touching your toes,etc.
i do all of these at p.e. so i shoud know if u want to know how to do windmills there are 2
1)movement of the arms, when u spin your arms around clockwise and counterclockwise
2)movement of feet and arms,when you spread out your legs, then starting with your right hand swich it over to your left leg, while counting,continue this with your other hand and leg,

that's what i suggest hope u like.

oh! and p.s 2) would be better if you spread out your legs WIDE...
