How can I put on more weight in muscle?!

Question: How can I put on more weight in muscle?
I am 16 years old and at the moment, I weigh nearly 8 stone, I'm around five foot six or seven and as you can probably tell, I'm rather small.
I've been trying to improve my own physical health and get into shape with one of my friends, I've been working out doing 100 push ups a night, occasionally more, and I take three nights where I rest so that muscle can rebuild and such.
But I've noticed in the last two months, I've made no progress whatsoever, my biceps are still only 23 centimetres (just over 9 inches) in circumference and I've looked at many different ways to work out more, however I've not been able to understand any of them, or I've not been able to access them due to them all trying to sell some sort of fitness program.

There are two things I need to make clear here:
1) I am not capable of going to a gym for multiple reasons
2) I have had perthes disesase in my right hip for most of my life, while it doesn't affect my arms and chest which I'm trying to build up, it means I cannot partake in all physical activity.

I would like to know what I should do to increase my muscle size and what excersizes I should undertake, and also maybe how many push ups or other excersizes I should be doing a night.

If anyone answers this, I would appreciate it if I was given a relatively long, detailed answer that I could take a lot away from.

Basically my goal is to increase my muscle size, and continue to gradually increase and get bigger.

Thank you. :)

Answers:

To build muscle it is relatively simple Eat lots of high protein foods and lift heavy weights.
Buy yourself a set of weights and get onto one of the webs muscle building sites for instruction how to use them.Good luck! Be patient and consistent !

once u stop seeing progress then push yourself more, do more pushups a night and just work out harder and more and mabe do different working out techniques

Lift heavy weights and drink protein shakes.
Not too sure what to do, as majority of people go to the gym.
