How much weight do I need to lose?!


Question: How much weight do I need to lose?
I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm tall for my age and I know I'm overweight. Maybe even obese? I'm not sure.. Anyway I'm 6'0 ft tall and I weigh about 207 pounds. I'm really working on losing this weight... The main parts that are big are my thighs, my bum and my lower stomach. How much weight should I lose to reach a normal one for 6'0 and 14 years old? Thanks! :) Any tips on how I should diet/exercise would be nice too. :P

Try p90x, it's fun and you loose weight in 90 days :)
I would suggest going to the YMCA or gym and running about 30 mins everyday, and do ab workouts. You can find them on YouTube.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Even if it kills ya, I hate eating vegetables :P try making fruit smoothies. those help :) or v8 juice.
