I want to lose weight without exercise?!

Question: I want to lose weight without exercise?
I am very busy. I have heard something about eating the same amount, but not all at the same time. For example, instead of having 3 meals a day, have 5 or 6 snacks a day. Any help is appreciated. I do exercise, but probably not enough to help much..

Well the thing with no exercising is that you wont tighten up your body. My fiance's cousin was big (idk your size but he was 200 something) and he didint exercise he just lost weight and now hes underweight cause he developed a eating disorder but his stomach just sags like a pouch so i think some of it is that he feels unhappy cause he is not firm so id recommend trying somehow to get some type of firming exercise in just walking around where ever you have to be with weights or doing crunches while waiting for something will help out.
good luck in your weight lose though :)

your really will loose without exercise i know for a fact that his cousin didint exercise one time he just almost starved himself which is not healthy but he has lost over 100 pounds

Dont do this. The weight will all come back. Your metabolism, without exercise, will continue to slow down over time with a reduced calorie / fat / cholesterol diet. It's EXERCISE that keeps your metabolism in high gear . And the more your metabolism lowers, the harder it will be to even MAINTAIN your weight, much less LOSE weight.

Take some time to effectively manage your schedule. you DO have time for exercise. Even if (if you wanted to work out 45mins / day 5 days a week) you are only able to work out in smaller increments of say 15mins at a time. Over the course of the day, that would still add up to 45 mins, and therefore you would still be getting exercise.

NO ONE is too busy to exercise, however you may be too unorganized to manage your time effectively.

If weight loss is a priority for you, you WILL find a way to squeeze it into your schedule.

I think weight loss has a lot to do with what you eat however exercise is a part of it. Also, what you eat is more important than how much you eat.

I think eating snacks between meals is important, but again, WHAT you eat is more important. Picking up a bag of chips is a bad idea. Also, if you are busy, then you might be prone to hitting fast food or going to restaurants. That needs to stop. You should shop the grocery store around the perimeter (meaning avoid the processed stuff) and pack fruits and veggies for work. Pack snacks such as almonds, string cheese, fruit, etc.

Once you make a habit of eating right, it will get easier. And when you see the results of your weight loss, you might be willing to hit the gym to tone it up...but take one step at a time.

Good luck!

hey, I've been having this overweight issue for ages. I was taking all kinds of stuff. Till I found this site, I was a bit skeptical at first. I saw results after 1 week, but I felt great. After losing that first bit of weight, which was great for my confidence, I worked on developing good diet to keep off the weight. I couldn't believe I didn't try this sooner. This is where I found the information: greatloseweightnet.tk

Yes you can lose SOME with eating right but with out working out you wont see huge results. Depends on how much you weigh now and and your activity level.

Try the 5-6 snacks a day.

you cant lose that much weight without excersize but to lose weight you have to work off more calories than you eat a day- which is why you need excersize- so lower your calorie intake but not by too much- you still want more than 1300

Sorry, not possible. I'm going to school to be a doctor, plus I hold down two jobs, and I find time to go to the gym, being busy isn't an excuse.
