Today is my "cheat day" and I'm ravenous! How can I eat extra or !
Question: Today is my "cheat day" and I'm ravenous! How can I eat extra or feel like I'm "cheating" w/out doing damage?
1. To keep me from feeling deprived and binging sometime this current week
2. To give my metabolism a kick
So suggestions for things to eat? I'm going shopping in about 30 mins so tips!

Get some dark chocolate. It tastes good and you can tell yourself that it's healthy because it's dark chocolate. I like to get frozen yogurt, because it tastes like ice cream but isn't technically as bad.
I like to take salmon with whole grain crackers, lowfat cream cheese, slices of onion, and capers and eat that as a "treat". the cream cheese is cheat food for me, and its a fancy treat so i dont feel deprived
i like to get some nice chocolate (i like the Lindt milk chocolate) every so often. its kind of expensive as far as chocolate goes, but i say its worth it to endulge every so often
