Answers:
Eat 5 or 6 times a day (to reduce you getting hungry)....don't keep any junk food in the house so if you go grazing in the evening, your options will be fruit and veggies...if you get hungry in the evening, drink a tall glass of water FIRST, and then if you still feel hungry, have a small snack or you can take a walk to do something physical to distract you until the hunger goes away...
It takes will power and self control...

Eat a large meal about an hour before bed. That way you will go to sleep satisfied. Also,dont go to the bathroom, because that will just cause you to be more hungry. When your upset, instead of binge eating, identify the problem, and terminate it. Maybe tell a friend about it. Release some of that bad energy by telling someone who is supportive
Wear retainers so if you do hungry you have to take them out before you eat and then put them back in, all in all night retainers are a hassle.
its not bad to eat vegetables, if your hungry. I always eat grape tomatoes as a snack.
its a good idea to have sugarfree gum by your side to feed off these cravings
i've found that brushing my teeth helps me stop eating if im just eating because im bored
