Why Can't I Loose Wieght? Best Solution 10 Points!!?!

Question: Why Can't I Loose Wieght? Best Solution 10 Points!!?
Ive always been skinny until 7th / 8th grade here I am a few years later and I weight 180 when I use to weigh 125....My doctor said that I was big boned and tall im 5'8. I swear, there wasn't one time where I kept eating unhealthy, I checked my thyroid (if that's how you spell it) and it was fine, and ive been on a super healthy diet for about 3 months in a half and literally burning 1000-1200 calories a day and sometimes if I couldn't stay long at the gym I burned,600 calories and I haven't lost 1 pound this Is driving me nuts.If you have an ideas why, please tell me. I asked my doctor and she guessed through puberty but how do you gain that much Weight Example: my aunts both weighed 200 pounds... both of them and I have many more family members that say they naturally lost the weight and when they were 17 they lost all the Weight naturally...how,they told me they ate allot that's why they gained weight, i eat 4 small portions a day and seriously healthy food!??lol Its hard because I'm stressed trying to loose it. Thank you, and no rude comments please

Everyone's body is different. Your body is changing and it will continue to change the older you get. It sounds like you are making great decisions with your diet and exercise. Keep that up and as you get a little bit older, strive to stay committed to your HEALTH and also to accept who you are. It's a process. Good luck!

i have a big round butt no matter what I do and learned to accept it

RUDE COMMENT TIKME

Don't worry about the weight, measure yourself in inches. That's what counts

you might not be eating enough calories- this would put your body into starvation mode& it would begin storing fat& slowing down your metabolism..thats all i can think of. so eat more- healthy foods of course& stay balanced- especially if you are burning off that much. because remember you need to burn off the same amount that you eat but you also need to eat enough to keep your metabolism up& give you energy. eat five times a day. good luck!

With that much training you're simply turning your fat into muscle so not much weight is being lost.
You should be aiming to do at least 30 mins of exercise a day.......but don't go overboard...
Your eating plan may contain extremely healthy food, but it doesn't mean you're getting the right things...sugar is necessary in some cases. Just simply take a look over what you eat and do some research on how much the body needs of each type of food (protein, carbs, vitamins, etc..). If your food plan is fine, then all I can suggest is to do less intense exercises. Swimming is a great sport because it's the only sport which exercises all your muscles at the same time...but won't bulk you up if you only do short sessions, it'll just tone you after while.

unless you have some sort of disease.

there is no reason as to why your body would not lose weight.

either you are counting wrong or you are eating more than what you are burning.go to the doctor.

ive never heard of someone burning 1000 calories a day and not losing a single pound.

p.s. i doubt you are burning 1000 calories by excercising. because that like running 10 miles.
i think you are confused on how weight loss works.
