How do you lose leg fat?!


Question: How do you lose leg fat?
Its sort of half muscle half flab. I also heard you cant lose thigh fat is that true?

walking stairs for 2 hours every day no bad foods and drink lots of water



Same way you lose any other fat...eat right and plenty of exercise (esp cardio)...of course you can lose thigh fat (or fat anywhere else) but you cannot target exercises to burn fat, only to tone muscle...

Cardio exercise burns fat from all over your body, so at some point it'll take the fat stores from your legs...strength training exercises tone and build muscle, which help speed up your metabolism (to burn more calories even at rest)...not to mention, muscle makes your legs look toned and sexy...

To lose leg fat, try biking for an hour 3-4 days a week.
