please help meeee i kindof have a low matabalism and i wunna look good and have a flat stomach for summer. im ready to comit and get rid of it... i am only 13 so nothing to hard!
im only 13 and broke so i just need a fast easy working diet...im tired of pulling up my pants to my belly button...its not comfortable!i dont want to have a flab hanging over my pants. i go to a school were you have to tuck in your shirt and weir a belt, that doesnt look good and im at the age were that lowers my confedence by like alot!!!!!HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the best thing to do is exercise and a good diet.
walk for about an hour every day and eat 6 small meals rather then 3 big ones.
drink alots of water, cut out all sodas and high fettening food.
try to eat only whole wheat bread, pasta and high fiber foods. read the labels for good nutritions.
the golden rule: if it's white, don't bite....
