Answers:

I reccomend Insanity, you only need to do it for about 2 weeks to see BIG results. The other 40 days will get you into the best shape ever, it tones your muscles, sculpts your body, and kicks your metabolism into high gear. But i warn you it is very intense. Good luck! :)

Tried it, lost 15 pounds in just 2 weeks.

the best thing that worked for me is the eleptical and treadmill.
eleptical for about 30 min, walking/running for about 45min.
try to walk for 1min moderate paste then run/sprint for 1min. repeat
for about 35 min. don't forget to warm up for 5min b4 you start and cool
down for 5min when done.
and remember a good diet is the #1 key to a healthy body and lifestyle..,
you can do this, good luck to you :))

own experience, lost 40 pounds in 10 month.

cardio refers to your heart rate, so learn how to take your heart rate by locating your pulse & look at a second hand or digital clock for exactly 10 sec and count your pulse then X 6 for a full min.

220 - your age is the quick and easy Heart Rate Max, e.g., if you are 20 yrs old then 220 - 20 = 200 beats per min max heart rate

then figure out an activity that you enjoy and can sustain and that raises your heart rate but not too close to the Max (easy estimate = if you cannot talk to someone because you are so out of breath then you are approaching the upper limit, however if you are not sweating and breathing hard then you are going too easy)

about 60% of Max is considered to be in the cardio range

I would advise to be sure to put in some ordinary walking outdoors, unless you live somewhere it is absolutely too dangerous to walk. To me walking outdoors is the basic ticket to a lifetime of enjoyment of hiking trails, jogging, exploring etc.

as soon as you can, start doing some resistance training (like weights, push-ups or stretchy bands) in addition to the cardio because you need that for fitness and burns a lot of fat even after you finish and are resting

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PLAN!!

Start slow and dont ever do it if you are not already in shape to exercise. you may injure yourself right off the bat.

start with jogging until you build a better aerobic base. after that you can increase the intensity and therefore burn more calories. you can also trying swimming, cycling (indoor or outdoor).

your diet is very important, exercise is only about 40% of the battles, diet is key.

and if you want to do p90x, that will really work. just make sure you build a base before you jump right into that intense of a workout. and even when you start it take it slow and see how your body reacts to the workouts.

My Brain

jogging/ brisk walking for at least 45 minutes to an hour is the easiest way to ensure cardio exercise

if you have a gym membership you can use the eliptical machine for 30-45 minutes, I find this the easiest way

okay p90x = muscle
insanit y= cardio
insanity the asylum= muscle& cardio, plyometrics is a boss cardio work out.
yes things that get your heart rate way up is cardio

Jog, swim laps, use a treadmill, bike, play tennis, etc, etc.

Literally an unlimited number of ways.

Anything that gets your heart rate up.

I.e swimming, walking, running, biking, badminton (or various sports), etc.
