Question: What is the best way to flatten my stomach?
I've tried doing sit ups every night and it worked slightly (my stomach would be slimmer the next morning but would go back to normal by the end of the day). What is the best way to "lose some inches"? All input is appreciated, thanks!

Start small work your way up. Eat a healthy balanced diet. Lay off fast foods. No soft drinks. Water only. Cut off sweets. You can cheat from time to time. Start doing cardio, jogging, running. Try incorporating new ab exercises every other week. It really doesn't matter how many reps of sit ups you do it's the quality not the quantity!



Unfortunately you can't target where you loose weight. Doing sit ups will strengthen your ab muscles and core but to get a flat tummy you will have to loose weight everywhere first. Doing cardio and following a healthy diet will help you to loose weight everywhere, tummy included. Don't stop doing sit ups and maybe try pilates to add a little cardio and a real core workout.



Unfortunately belly fat is extremely stubborn and is usually the last fat to go.

For a flat belly you need avocados, berries, green tea, oatmeal and tomatoes.

The same answer I would give anyone, eat more vegetables and fruits and exercise more. It can be hard keeping focus but when you're done, your stomach will be slimmer and you will be healthier.



Try cutting out some soda and ice cream ( if you eat or drink those), eat healthy, and running also helps.
