Question: I am 14 years old and my height is 6' and my weight is about 335. I need help. what can i do?
i have a binge eating disorder so it makes it 100x worse. I really cant control myself when im eating. i also have depression, adhd, and bipolar disorder. i know they probly all connect with eachother in some way. its weird tho cuz my biggest fear in life is death and i kno there is a high chance for diseases that can lead to that but when im eating i jus forget all about it. please help me. i dont mean to sound like a little p**** but i really dont wanna get diabetes or even worse, die.

Answers:

Have a balanced diet, life style and start:
1.No fats.
2. Only white proteins like fish or chicken.
3. Fresh vegetables and fruits.
4. Very little bread.
5. Daily seven kilometers brisk walk/ game like tennis or swimming.
6. No white sugar or fluids/sweet dishes made from sugar.
7. Four liters fresh/ Mineral water or fresh juices, avoid Cola or sweet s
8. Take five meals /day and never keep stomach fully empty, however it should always remain slightly empty.
9. Never take fried & junk food.
10. Deep sleep for at least six hours.
11. Think positive and keep smiling.



u have a serious problem if this does not help then id contact someone who can help you.
Eat healthy foods and when you are hungry eat salads for a snack or fruit and other vegetables
Exercise daily run or jog at least a half to a mile every day
Don't overeat try to cut down on how much food you eat when you feel full stop eating cut down on desserts have one a week or none at all
you might want to also contact a doctor and see what they can do to help



Idk how to help your disorder, depression, etc. but if you're looking to lose weight try sit-ups. I like to put my feet in the crack between a couch and the floor to keep my feet down. They will be hard at first but its an easy, good fat burning workout.
