How bad is drinking 2 sodas a day?!

Soda, and more specifically, white sugar is indeed like a drug. I drank a couple of Cokes a day for years I recently was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, so I started buying the expensive little 7 oz Cokes. I am starting to crave soda less and less. I've also started drinking low calorie sports drinks. They aren't as good as coke, but my glucose levels have dropped to a safe range.

Your kidneys probably won't shut down, but it would be a good idea to start cutting back.

well considering you live in the U.S.A were artificially flavored drinks like cola and soft drinks are cheaper than fruits and vegatables I AM NOT SURPRISED. but you should stop drinking so much soda or you will develop diabetes in your 30's or 40's or even 20's if you drink 2 a day! ..the reason you crave cola is because of the caffeine. it is a addictive substance. if you want to kick this addiction you will have to force yourself to do it. it will take alot of will power and alot of agony but you can do it!

You'll probably get really bad teeth, and diabetes, depending on if you choose to drink even more than that per day.

TERRIBLE. I think you need help. How can you compare soda to a drug? Stop drinking this at once if you want white teeth.

Soda is not the best thing
Try to slowly cut down
Maybe go to 1 a day and then 3 a week
and so on so forth

thats extremely bad..... but i no people who drink five big bottles of pepsi a day but still i would stip if i were you
