Do smoothies make a good breakfast?!

Question: Do smoothies make a good breakfast?
I typically have a bowl of cereal for breakfast. I honestly hate breakfast, I'm not hungry, but my mum makes me eat. I am underweight, but don't worry, I've always been so. I do eat normal meals every day, haha.

Anyways, I am in love with fruit. I just want to make a fruit smoothie for breakfast. You know, peaches and strawberries thrown into the juicer. Maybe a banana too. Or even spinach, green smoothies sound good. I won't be having a tiny smoothie either, maybe 20 ounces of it? Something like that.

Is having fruit at breakfast a good thing? Why?

Answers:

Actually yes. Smoothies are a great way to start of the day because they contain lots of nutrition and enough calories. Smoothies in general are good for you so sure, go ahead and get healthier!

For some people eating a large rich breakfast can cause an upset stomach. There is a way to get the nutrients you need without having to eat breakfast. Just put your breakfast into a blender, then get a long rubber tube and a funnel. Shove the tube in your *** and pour the breakfast in the funnel. This way you can eat food through your *** lol.

Its a great breakfast. I like to have a green smoothies. One if them uses broccoli celery and an apple for sweetness. I'm on a vegetarian diet so no meat no sugar or bread.

Smoothies are great for breakfast! Blend it though, don't juice it! And dont add any sugar! I like blueberries, blackberries, spinach and kale in mine!

This is a great breakfast you just need to add a little more like a slice of toast or granola bar or even some oatmeal. Having just fruit will not fully fill you for breakfast.
