Question: How to shape my chest and lose chest fat?
How can I shape my chest to make it perfect and lose fat off my chest? If you have any tips please help

Answers:

On a workout bench, (ideally!), do dumbell incline flys, flat flys & then decline flys - one after the other.
For 8 weeks at a time, I'll do these on Mondays only, for 45 minutes straight!
I start with a weight I can do 12 reps max, then only do 8 reps with this weight in each of the 3 bench positions until I can't do the 8th, at which point I drop 5 to 10lbs for each hand, then keep going like this until 45 minutes is up!
Start with 8 reps the first week, then add a rep each week... by the 8th week you'll be doing 15 reps.
I then take a one or two week rest!
This is JUST for the chest! I do other body exercises for the other days during the week, but no more for the chest than Monday! (Your chest will need a full week to recover!)

For the next 8-week session, I'll switch to dumbell bench presses in all 3 positions and do the same ritual.

Personal experience through trial & error.

Hi, I have been in fitness for many years now and what I have realised is that it is not possible to do "spot reduction" - i.e. you can't specifically get fat off ur chest. You do over all cardio and the body will decide where the fat comes off from.
However, chest fat is due to estrogen hormone and density training is a way to increase testosterone hormone which in turn will reduce estrogen - by this type of training as well as low carb diet, you should be able to get a lean chest! I ve been following a good programme.. see the source below
