Question: Would this be okay to eat after working out?
I have worked out for 1 hour 10 mins.
Would it be okay to eat Carrots w. Ranch dressing for snack after a work out?
List some other snacks if you think it's not.

of coarse you aren't supposed to starve your self to get fit, because that actually speeds up your metabolism which make you gain weight. but if your trying stay low on the calories, have lowfat rance or forget the ranch and just enjoy the carrots ! Some other healthy snacks include:

- - Celery
Fruit Salad.
Cheese



you can eat as many fruits and veggies as you want, limit the ranch. i would only eat like a tablespoon...



Its fine. After i workout with tremendous intensity i have a high glycemic food like dates.



you need protein after a workout not carrots, eat meat.
