Question: HELP ME LOSE TUMMY FAT FOR EASTER WEEKEND!?
Okay so i need help loosing my tummy fat for easter weekend... my family is going on a vacation and i want to be slim... know i have to exercise and eat well but i really don't know what to do... like how to exercise... I mean should i run... walk... do crunches??

&& how do i get rid of my love handles??

Cardio is the best thing!! 45-60 mins of cardio 5-6 days a week. i have lost 20 pounds by doing this and cleaning up my eating. cut out processed food and soda, sugar, any other crappy food. add veggies and fruit. cardio is amazing it will help a lot. make sure you push your self doing minimum work will show you minimum results

You should also exercise more to tone your muscles.



just relax and regularly go for a early morning walk eat cornflakes in the morning, two apples in the lunch and a glass of hot almond milk in the dinner (don't eat anything else), hope you will be losing wait:)
