Man I know a person who has that. If they aren't one of your friends and they're mean to you about it, ignore them, they aren't worth it. If it's some one who seems generally worried about you, take the time to explain it.
You tell them to suck it because their just jealouse. Then you e-mail me a picture.

I'm pretty sure everyone has a "disease" that makes them faint if they don't eat enough.. It's called your blood sugar.
