my body fat percentage is 3.2?!

Question: My body fat percentage is 3.2?
im 16, and i used to be 3.5%, i workout alot.. etc. all of that stuff.

but now, i just took it again, and im 3.2? is this healthy and okay? i mean i know thats what the best professional body builders struggle to get too, and im happy that im that, but is this okay?

Answers:

A normal males healthy range is between 8-20 body fat percentage, with most athletes having around 8-11 percent, while bodybuilders generally have a slightly higher percentage (not all the weight they gain is muscle.) You may need to see a doctor to see if you have a metabolic disorder.

Anything below 5% body fat ratio for men, for more than a very short time, is considered a chronic health condition. Without the minimal essential fats the body needs to function normally and metabolize nutrients, you are just asking to sick and unhealthy. I am normally between 8-10% body fat % (at age 46) and that is more than enough muscle sculpting and definition, without looking freakish in the process.

You do realise the chances of you being only 3.5% body fat are close to zilch.

3.5% body fat is either bodybuilder ripped to shreds, or emaciated concentration camp victim on death's door....so which are you?

That's extremely unhealthy and you are much more susceptible to disease because of it.

any pics so we can see this bf % ?
